Focus your studies

Some students think that simply spending time with their books open - trying to learn their contents (sometimes "by heart") will improve their grades significantly.

They're wrong. One of the requirements of exams in science, especially at A level is that students need to apply their knowledge and understanding to unfamiliar contexts.

This is a skill which need to be explicitly taught to many students. Without it they'll never be able to maximise their grades.

The tutors at Goldhill Education identify the individual strengths and weaknesses of their students and focus their activities in order to address them.
